Easy-breezy, tasty-zesty! This salad is no sweat to make, a great appetizer on its own, or could accompany any main dish. Mix arugula with basil leaves on a large plate. Add half rings of a thinly sliced red onion. Add red or orange halved cherry tomatoes and thin slices of green apple. Dress with salt and black paper if desired. Throw on top toasted walnuts and sprinkle it with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Eat with Zest!
